Returns & Exchanges

At HOBIBEAR, we want you to love your footwear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unworn shoes in their original HOBIBEAR box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
